Brand identity, copywriting, signage and custom leasing website for a new transit-oriented apartment building located at the corner of Chicago’s Southport and Belmont avenues. SOBE’s identity highlights its location, for which it was named, and serves as the foundation for all marketing to drive leasing. As the center of all marketing efforts, the leasing website allows visitors to sign up for building updates, view unit floor plans, contact the leasing team and apply for an apartment. After launching the website in March of 2020, SOBE leased 54% of its units in the first 30 days.
